Where the Magic Happens

Fruiting Chamber

Optimal fruiting conditions are key to abundant harvests. Learn to create the perfect environment for your mushrooms.

Where the Magic Happens

Your fruiting chamber is where colonized substrate transforms into beautiful mushroom harvests. The key factors are humidity, fresh air exchange (FAE), light, and temperature. Get these right, and you'll be rewarded with abundant flushes of premium mushrooms.

Perfect Conditions

Small adjustments in humidity, airflow, and temperature can dramatically impact your yields.

The Four Keys to Fruiting

1

Humidity (85-95%)

Use a humidifier or mist regularly. Too dry = cracked caps. Too wet = contamination. Monitor with a hygrometer.

2

Fresh Air Exchange

Mushrooms exhale CO2 and need fresh oxygen. Fan or vent your chamber multiple times daily.

3

Light (12hr cycle)

Indirect light triggers pinning and directs growth. A nearby window or simple LED works perfectly.

4

Temperature

Most species fruit at 55-75°F. Cooler temps often produce denser, higher-quality mushrooms.
