Everything I've purchased has been perfect except for one 2lb grain bag which may have been damaged in shipping but it wasn't holding air . Either way I've been completely satisfied with my purchases and will shop again. Shipping was not the companies fault. 5 star!

Shipping box was damaged and unfortunately two sterile grain bags had a small opening. The rest of the sterile grain bags were intact. Sent pictures and emails of the situation. I’m waiting for a response. Southwest Mushrooms has the best costumer service and I’m sure they are very busy.

I had 24 HCN substrate block sterilized and when I went to grab my shiitake spawn I realized I only had lion’s mane fully colonized. So I ordered some spawn from SWM and some pink oyster LC. Order showed up promptly (by the time I got 24 masters mix blocks sterilized. I can only do 4 at a time) Spawn came colonized and I was able to put it to substrate right away. Blocks are colonizing rapidly. Thanks guys!
