Agar transfers under a HEPA hood. Cultures isolated from single tissue, screened across grain runs.
02 · Fruiting
Patient pinning
Lion's Mane rewards slow fresh-air exchange and steady 85–90% RH. Pin sets are counted, not rushed.
03 · Harvest
Cut at the right moment
Harvested when spines are full length but still firm. Past that, the cascade gets bitter and the yield falls.
04 · Extract
Dual-extract from fruiting body only
Water + alcohol, fruiting body only. Never myceliated grain. What ends up in the bottle is what came out of the room.
