I have a tone of liquid culture now the chestnut is so far the most aggressive with the blue green oyster hot on its heels, the lions mane and black pearl where a little slower but are now looking good. I used rye berry for my first stage of substrate the g.b. oyster and chestnut are doing well and almost ready for the next stage. I'm not sure that the lions main and black king pearl like the rye berry im going too get some soft red winter wheat berry and try that. Thank s for the info on YouTube.
