Warranty Coverage
Guaranteed Viability:
All liquid and agar cultures are guaranteed to arrive viable and free from contamination.
If you notice any issues with contamination or lack of mycelial growth upon receipt, we will replace the product or offer a store credit, at our discretion.
Shipping Damage:
Products damaged during shipping will be replaced if reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Warranty Exclusions
User Error:
The warranty does not cover issues resulting from improper handling, storage, or use of the product, including contamination caused by non-sterile conditions during inoculation or cultivation.
Improper Storage:
