New pantry staple!

I ordered my first batch dried of mushrooms and tried the “gourmet mushroom medley.” I just covered them in warm water and white wine to rehydrate, and then used them to make the most mouth watering mushroom pasta. The medley provided a lovely variety of taste and flavor - a flavor bomb for an otherwise pretty simple weeknight meal. I’ll definitely order again!

I haven't tried them yet. No sure what mushrooms I have. I think I'll try grinding them and add to a dish but I'm not sure yet.
